Understanding the Problem

Adwivo came to Planty to enhance their website by making the purchase process as simple as possible for the end user, while keeping the design as close to the branding of the overarching the brand name as possible.
Upon creating a user persona (target audience analysis) the team started Prototyping process in close partnership with the client.
Style Concept + Functionality
It was important to maintain existing styleguides, while modernizing the entire look and feel of the website.
Adwivo collaborated with the Planty team to create an entirely new design that complemented the branding. The website now creates an exciting presence that appeals to customers and strengthens brand identity. For e-commerce functionality, Adwivo worked with the Planty to make purchasing through the website as easy as possible. Indeed, the website’s e-commerce store now includes a login with gift reminders, wishlists, order history, as well as custom solution for choosing the most convenient time of delivery. Planty also maintains full control of all elements of their site utilizing easy to navigate WordPress Content Management System (CMS).
Summary - Bringing It All Together
Planty’s website redesign has improved site performance. resulting in a stronger brand DNA.
Search optimization increased website traffic 63% with majority new sessions (very strong percentage of first time website visitors) and low bounce rate. This indicates new customers are able to find and search the Planty’s website with ease, concurrently users spend more time shopping.
In addition, creative approaches in story telling followed production of several videos significantly improving engagement and brand recognition.
